His career has been built within global financial institutions and entrepreneurial ventures, with a focus on advising governments, corporates, and financial entities on strategic financing, risk management, and sustainable growth.
Having worked extensively across Europe, the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Japan, he has a multicultural perspective and a strong record of cross-border transactional experience and senior stakeholder engagement in sectors such as energy, telecoms, and utilities.
Alongside his executive background, Pablo serves on several boards and advisory bodies where he contributes expertise in governance, oversight, financial management and fundraising.
As Trustee of a Japan-based educational foundation, for example, he helps deliver UK university scholarships for orphaned students from over twenty sub-Saharan African nations, reflecting his commitment to inclusive development and opportunity creation.
Pablo holds a BSBA from American University in Washington DC and an AI Executive Academy Certificate from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is a member of the London-based Institute of Directors and is fluent in English and Spanish.
