Mahamed Sidati is an international activist and former international observer for elections in Morocco, Jordan, Mali, Ivory Coast, Guinea Conakry, Central Africa, South Sudan and Mauritania.

He is also an expert in youth education on human rights and writer in the cultural, political and economic subjects.
