Dr Nabil Fahmy is a prominent Egyptian politician and diplomat currently serving as the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States.

He served as Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2013 to 2014 and as the Egyptian ambassador to the United States from 1999 to 2008.. He’s a prominent writer and academic who has also held several advisory positions at the United Nations.
