Zeeshan Khan is an advisor to PM of Pakistan on minerals and gems stones. He has been serving as the co-Chairman of Prime Minister’s task force on gem, jewellery and minerals development since 2019.
Zeeshan is playing a major role in shaping up the policies and regulations to maximise the added value and exports of this essential sector for the Pakistani economy.
The major contribution of the task force has been the establishment of Gem and Jewellery Development Authority with the sole objective to regulate this informal sector.
Zeeshan Khan is also associated with the provincial governments, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
