We are very sad to inform you that our leading supporter David Kilgour has passed away on 5 April 2022. Our deepest condolences to his family and all members of BPUR International.
David Kilgour was a Canadian Secretary of State for Latin America and Africa (1997-2002) and Asia-Pacific (2002-2003); Member of Parliament from 1979 to 2006.
He was a Senior Fellow of Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights and Macdonald Laurier Institute. Board member of the Swiss-based First Step Forum and Ethiopiaid Canada.
