Dr. Munqith Dagher is a global activist, academic, author, commentator, consultant and the founder/CEO of the Independent Institute of Administration and Civil Society Studies (Al-Mustakella-IIACSS) research group in Iraq.
He is the MENA director of Gallup International and a leading surveyor of public opinion. He conducted Iraq’s first-ever public opinion poll in 2003 and numerous other significant polls over the last two decades.
Munqith Dagher holds a Ph.D. in public administration from the University of Baghdad College of Administration and Economics and a master’s degree in war sciences.
He is a contributor to Fikra Forum and the author of seven books, including “ISIS in Iraq” and “Iraq from Occupation to Sickness: A Documentary for Iraqi Public Opinion since 2003”.
Dr. Dagher is a former advisor to the Iraqi prime minister and a professor of public administration and strategic management at the universities of Baghdad, Basra and the National Defense University.
