Dileen Sardar Zuhdi Al-Noori is a leading activist for social justice and the Director of the Center for Gender Equality Studies in Iraq. She is an academic Member at the University of Duhok with Master’s degree in Public Law, specializing in Constitutional Law.
She is the Vice Director of Hanasa Plus International Organization for Environment Protection and a leading consultant for the German organization GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) in the Kurdistan Region in Iraq.
Dileen is a prominent researcher, focusing on human rights issues with numerous published articles in international and academic journals, addressing critical aspects of children’s and women’s rights.
She actively participates in various international, regional, and local forums, activities, and training sessions centered around legal and human rights topics.
