Silvio is an emerging practitioner of Diplomacy with MA Degree in Public Cultural Diplomacy and preparing another MA in Diplomatic Training.
He is former Export Manager for Italian SMEs, specialised in partnership-making and international consulting for companies, NGOs and Institutions.
He is also an active human rights observer for Amnesty International Italia since 2017.
