He is EU Budget specialist, former Vice Chair of the South Asia Delegation, member of the Cariforum North Macedonia and Palestine delegations.
John Howarth is founder and co-Director of Politics Without Borders, an internationalist public policy organisation and UK city/regional Councillor, working with minority communities to promote good community relations and overcome institutional barriers to equality.
